Natural Freeride Terms of Use:
AGREEMENT
By accessing and browsing on this site you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these ‘Terms of Use’ and to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations. This website is for the purpose of communicating information, products and prices; it should therefore not be regarded as an offer, but as an invitation to treat. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Access to this website is free. However, you access and use it entirely at your own risk. Other than stated in these ‘Terms of Use’ we make no representations or warranties in respect of the website’s contents or performance and all conditions and warranties that might otherwise be implied by statute or at common law are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We can not guarantee that this site will always be available or that its operation will be error free, therefore we do not accept any liability for losses or claims arising from any inability to access this site. Natural Freeride also accepts no responsibility for any adverse effects of accessing or downloading material from this website, including, but not limited to the downloading of viruses, the loss or corruption to material that is downloaded or any programs or data already on your system, and website-browser incompatibility problems.
DATA PRIVACY
In order to process your booking and ensure that your travel arrangements run smoothly and meet your requirements we need to use the information you provide such as name, address, date of birth and any special needs/dietary requirements, etc. We will collect this information when an enquiry is generated, or a booking is made. We are required to pass this information on to the relevant suppliers of your travel arrangements such as airlines, hotels and transport companies. The tour operator or relevant supplier’s use of your information is subject to their policy, both in respect of your booking and any future marketing. The information may also be provided to your insurers (if you apply for insurance), security or credit checking companies, public authorities such as customs/immigration if required by them, for debt collection purposes or as required by law.
We will not pass or sell your information to any other organisations. Where your holiday is outside the European Economic Area (EEA) controls on data protection in your destination may not be as strong as the legal requirements in this country. However, if you do not permit us to pass this information to the relevant suppliers, whether in the EEA or not, we will not be able to process your booking. When making a booking with Natural Freeride you consent to this information being provided to relevant organisations. We do not SPAM, however we may contact you by mail, telephone or email to let you know about relevant products, services or promotions that may be of interest to you.
We take full responsibility for ensuring proper measures are in place to protect your information and we comply with all applicable data protection legislation as detailed by the UK Data Protection Act 1998.
These ‘Terms of Use’ only apply to this website and not to the websites of other companies, individuals or organisations to which we provide links. We are not responsible and will not be able to protect your privacy if you disclose personal information in this way. You are entitled to a copy of your information that we hold; if you would like to see this please ask us. We may make a reasonable administration charge for providing this to you.
If we change our Privacy Policy the changes will be posted here so that you are always kept informed of how we collect and use the information and when we would disclose it. Any continued use of this website constitutes agreement to the changed policy.

VARIATION OF TERMS OF USE
These ‘Terms of Use’ may be revised from time to time. If they are revised we will post the revised version in this section of the website. Any revisions will be effective immediately. Please re-read these ‘Terms of Use’ from time to time even if you have previously used this site. Any use of this website after we have changed the ‘Terms of Use’ will be deemed as acceptance of the changes. If for any reason you do not agree to abide by our ‘Terms of Use’ please do not use this website.
Natural Freeride Booking Conditions:
As we are a member of the Freedom Travel Group any booking made with Natural Freeride is subject to the following conditions:
YOUR HOLIDAY CONTRACT
The contract is between The Freedom Travel Group Limited a member of ABTA and the client being any person travelling or intending to travel on a tour operated by the company. The contract, including all matters arising from it, is subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. You may however choose the law and jurisdiction of Scotland and Northern Ireland if you wish to do so. No variation of these terms will be valid unless confirmed in writing by us. A contract will exist as soon as we issue our confirmation invoice. By making a booking, the lead passenger confirms that all persons names in the booking (and their personal representatives) have agreed to be bound by these conditions and the terms of its suppliers.
YOUR FINANCIAL PROTECTION
The Package Travel, Package Holiday and Package Tours Regulations 1992 require us to provide security for the monies that you pay for the package holidays booked through our company and your repatriation in the event of our insolvency. We provide this security by way of a bond held by the Civil Aviation Authority.
Our ATOL number is ATOL 6042. In the unlikely event of our insolvency, the CAA will ensure that you are not stranded abroad, and will arrange to refund any money you have paid to us for an advance booking. For further information, visit the ATOL website at www.atol.org.uk

We are a member of ABTA, membership number W6417. We are obliged to maintain a high standard of service to you by ABTA’s Code of Conduct. We can also offer you an arbitration scheme for the resolution of disputes arising out of, or in connection with this contract. Further information |
